Follow Me Friday (#31)

This is the day of the week where we get to know each other better by answering a question devised by our lovely hostesses Parajunkee & Alisoncanread. We also gain new followers by joining each other's sites via GFC, so please let me know if you're a new follower since I automatically follow back. And now for this week's question....

Q. Have you ever bought a book BECAUSE of a bad review?

A.  I don't think I have. I have read and loved books that people just loathed.  But it wasn't because there was a bad review about it.   I feel like that answer was soooo boring!!  NOOOO!!!!  I promise my reviews are more exciting then that answer!

  2. Hee hee! I'm the same! If I really want to read a book I will, no matter the review. I take reviews into consideration when I am skeptical about a read, but a bad review never really made me want to read a book.

  3. Don't worry about it! This week's question was kind of simple (a yes or no answer would do :)

  5. Sometimes short and sweet is all you need! I usually have the opposite problem, where I ramble on and on! lol

Like Jessica said, I'll take a negative review into consideration when I'm on the fence, but I usually don't let it make my decision for me.
