Sunday Post

Let's chat about what's going on this week... on my blog.. on other blogs... on the internet... and just everywhere!    I link up my post to Sunday Post hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Reader.

This week was a good week. The weather is still warm. I am so glad most of my TV shows are back.  Sleepy Hollow, SHIELD, Big Bang Theory, just all the shows!!  In the summer I end up watching all kinds of crappy reality shows so I am glad these are back.  I have also been playing a video game called Destiny and been having a good time playing it.  I do have a lot of complaints about it too... but it's still fun. Review to come on the blog soon.

On the blog:
- I finally get back to the movies-  The Maze Runner- Movie Review
- I review a book that was so relaxing- Going Vintage by Lindsey Leavitt
-I talk about Formatting old posts... worth the time?

Around the Blogospere:

- For those of you using Blogger for your blog I know it can be tough to find tips and tricks for your blog. This blog always has Blogger tips.  Here is one to add color to your blogger comments (if you use that comment system).
-If you like Halloween there is a fun blogging event that happens every year that you might want to check out:

Internet:
I like when there is a positive message comes from a funny video. This video is from the American Heart Association and features Ken Jeong. Watch it.. learn from it..

Books Books Books... Went to the library this week and checked out a few books. One being Top Secret Twenty One by Janet Evanovich. I have been looking forward to read this one for a while now!

  6. There are a lot of books in the series. Luckily they are short reads so you should've have trouble getting caught up.

  9. I'm so behind on the Evanovich books. I stopped with 11 or 12 many years ago, but just kind of forgot about them for awhile. At this point, I don't even remember what happened last. lol

  11. I'm so excited about Sleepy Hollow! I liked last week's show so I'm hoping it stays as good. I liked Big Bang Theory this week too but haven't gotten to several I really wanted to watch yet. I can't believe Evanovich is on 21! I think the last one I read was maybe 7. Definitely need to catch up. Have a great week!

  16. I am really excited to watch the new Once Upon a Time. I have really been looking forward to that one the most. I just like feel good shows. I am tired of murder and shooting and just violence all the time on TV and movies.

  18. I can understand that . Luckily I have a DVR so I can watch everything when I want. Though sometimes I can save a lot of shows so I get overwhelmed.

  19. I agree. Most of the time they are crap. Though this commercial I have only seen on Youtube.. not actually on TV. Which is too bad because we only see crappy commercials on TV not any that actually teach us anything.

  20. I would watch the Voice.. but American Idol burned me out of singing shows. I watch Idol from the beginning and finally gave up on it about 3 season ago. Now when I see a singing show on I change the channel.

  21. I never got into Idol. I was traveling for my job when it premiered and was never available the evenings it was on.
