Harry Potter Moment of the Week-Newspaper Time!

I am participating in Harry Potter moment of the week hosted by  Uncorked Thoughts .  Here is what we do:

This is a meme hosted by me here at my blog :).The aim of this meme is to share with fellow bloggers a character, spell, chapter, object or quote from the books/ films/ J. K. Rowling herself or anything Potter related! I will be picking a topic within HP for us to focus on each week and then if anyone wants to take part feel free! This weeks topic is: Favorite Newspaper in the Series? THE DAILY PROPHET! I know most people like the Quibbler. But whenever I think of the Quibbler I think of the National Inquire. A joke magazine. I know the Quibbler sounds neat in the books, but I think if I were to live in the Harry Potter world I would not like it. Now the Daily Prophet would be more up my alley.  I enjoy the black and white look.

 Of course it is full of bad journalists.  Which is quite sad.. I would think someone at the Daily Prophet wouldn't be paid off and would write the truth. I suppose it is similar to the news networks of today.

 

And how cute was it when the Weasley's were featured in the magazine??  I loved to see them in this picture.  I wish our newspapers moved and the words swirled around the pages.  That would be amazing!! 

It would be cool if Hogwarts had year books.. now that would be something to see!
