Mailbox Monday (#5)
Another Monday, Another Mailbox!! This is a feature where we all share with each other the yummy books that showed up at our doors! WARNING: In My Mailbox can lead to extreme envy and GINORMOUS wishlists!! In My Mailbox is hosted by The Story Siren Mailbox Monday was originally hosted by Marcia at The Printed Page, but is now a traveling meme and for the month of April Mailbox Monday will be hosted by MariReads. Head on over to add your blog to the linky link and share your newest acquisitions with other book lovers.
This week I received two books from the library... City of Fallen Angels by Cassandra Clare and Sapphique by Catherine Fisher . I am excited about both books and really hope to get started on them within the next two weeks. Also this week my aunt loaned me The Book of Lost Things by John Connolly. So I must add that book to my TBR pile! I was able to pick up Dead Recoking by Charlaine Harris from my aunt while in Denver after the book signing so I can finally get started on that too! For those of you who follow my blog then you know I also review movies, so I also got to pick up season 1 of Space Ghost Coast to Coast from the library as well! Can't wait to get started watching it. I love that show and haven't seen it since the 90's!
What is in your mailbox this week? ? ? Leave a comment so I can check it out!

ReplyDeleteCongrats on the signed Dead Reckoning! I hope to get that signed later this year, but am still unsure whether or not that will happen!
ReplyDeleteI read the Book of Lost Things a few years ago and it was interesting! Can't remember all of it, but I did like it since I like fairy tales and this had some of the old lore in it!
Hope you enjoy all of your books!

I love The Book of Lost Things! I read it a while back, but fell in love with Connolly's storytelling and really need to read The Gates, which is sitting on my shelf.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your books (and Space Ghost) and happy 100+ followers!
City of Fallen Angels looks good! Enjoy all your books!
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to seeing what you think of City of Fallen Angels. I've heard so many mixed reviews about it.
ReplyDeleteLove Space Ghost. The only parody I loved more than Space Ghost, Coast to Coast was Harvey Birdman, Attorney At Law.
