- Takedown Twenty by Janet Evanovich is entertaining!

What I found on the blogospere:
Why does everyone have a blogging best friend?? UMMM yeah! This is what I want to know!
Penguin's new book covers are pretty amazing and beautiful. They have chosen a different author for the entire alphebet and made the first letter of their last name the cover for the book. I love it!
Incarnate series readathon I love this series so this readathon looks fun. I won't be re-reading the first two books but I am going to join in for the third (if my library gets in time).
Book Blog Walkers is something I discovered and joined up with. You just walk 30 minutes a day! I am actually going to also include my gym time in this so I'll be riding the bike/elliptical also but on my days off from the gym I'll be walking.
Pamela at Reading is Fun Again talks about your favorite Magic System in books (though of course I think more of video games!)
Books A True Story takes us on a tour of the locations from Daughter of Smoke and Bone.
Books Books Books
Yeesh this week a ton of books from the library came in and I plan on reading them all during Bout of Books 9.0! Hoping to get a lot of reading done this week!! I am going to read Allegiant by Veronica Roth and Why We Broke Up by Daniel Handler.
OKOK This video is hilarious! I love Flula, and this had me crying laughing!
Happy weekend everyone!! Link me back to your Sunday Posts!!
I've been wanting to read Incarnate for sometime now. I have yet to pick up a copy! Great post :)ReplyDelete
Janina @ Synchronized Reading
It's not out in bookstores yet.... I think umm... on the 14th of January! Yeah!Delete
Hyperbole and A Half is the cutest! I didn't know it was a COMIC BOOK! I only knew about the blog. Very cool! :DReplyDelete
Thanks for visiting my blog!
Alyssa @ The Eater of Books!
It is really a good good book.. you will have to check out the review!Delete
Your comment post is awesome! I keep going back to check the comments (I have gotten rid of the notifications, since it's still popular enough to send me at least two or three e-mails every day)ReplyDelete
I am one of the bloggers who actually really loved Allegiant, I hope you'll enjoy it too :)
Happy reading, Angie. Thanks for stopping by earlier.
Lexxie @ (un)Conventional Bookviews
The comment post IS awesome. What I love about it the most is that it makes me feel not alone in thinking about it. Clearly all bloggers are pondering it. But now my next discussion post better be good! LOL!Delete
You've had such a busy week this week! I've really enjoyed reading your discussion posts and am reading more now :). Enjoy your library books, Angie!ReplyDelete
My Showcase Sunday :)
Thanks... getting started on some of my library books today. There is snow outside and it's cold so it's the perfect day to just snuggle up, lay in bed and read!Delete
I still should buy Allegiant, I really want to know how it ends. Hope you enjoy your new books.ReplyDelete
And thanks for your comment on my sts.
I am totally bummed. Last night while who-hawing around on pinterest Allegiant was spoiler for me. Sucks yo! Oh well... guess I'll read it anyways.Delete
I liked Allegiant! I also liked Why We Broke Up! Have a great week :-)ReplyDelete
Ohhh good news!! Hoping I like both.Delete
Thanks for stopping by my STS! I still need to read Allegiant. Have a great weekend!ReplyDelete
Lol. Beer and balls and... BACTERIA. :D Hilarious XD Plague pong hahaha XDReplyDelete
I still haven't read Incarnate but am looking forward to it. :) Allegiant was fun though. :)
And omg those covers are so stunning, Penguin makes them all so pretty!
Flula is sooo funny. I am glad someone else loves the video. SPIDER CORPSES!Delete

I LOVE the Dresden Files and I also picked up Ghoul Goblin from NetGalley. And my husband bought me Takedown Twenty for Christmas. I just need to find time to read it. :)ReplyDelete
Ghoul Goblin is good.. I love that it's an original story and not just a re-telling of the books. You will like it since you enjoy the books. Takedown Twenty took me no time at all to read. You should be able to read it in a weekend afternoon.Delete
Thanks for the shout out! :)ReplyDelete
I need to read Allegiant too. Maybe I will add it to the Bout of Books challenge.
It's surprisingly a thick book! I can't wait to get started on it tomorrow.Delete
I'm also participating in Bout of Books 9.0. Hoping to read a lot. :) I hope you reach your goals!ReplyDelete
I'll be interested to see what you think of Allegiant - just as a word of caution: this gave me a major book hangover.
I've also heard good things about Handler's book.
Aye... book hangover.. NOOOOOO!!! I can't wait to see everyone's posts and progress for bout of books! Checking out your goals now.Delete
Penguin's new covers really are lovely. I had to force myself to walk away from them at the store. I wanted to take all of them home!ReplyDelete
Wouldn't it be the most amazing edition to your home library???? Maybe if I just buy the books with the letters in my name... that would be cheaper.Delete
So much good stuff happening! Hope your library gets the 3rd book in time; I can't wait to read it. Have a great week!ReplyDelete
I know! I haven't even had the option to order it yet... errrr. I'll probably have to request them to order it but you can't request it until AFTER the book comes out. Soooo... we'll see if I get it in time.Delete
Your comment post was awesome!ReplyDelete
Hope you enjoy all your new reads :)
Because Reading is better than real life
The comment post was awesome. Everyone is totally thinking about the same thing. I have been commenting for like an hour tonight so we all have to think about how much time do we really want to spend doing it.Delete
Thanks for the links, as you've found some really interesting posts! I never thought about it much, but it does seem like everyone has a blogger BFF! And love your post on comments! I usually forget to go back and check for new replies, so wish there was an easier way to get notified.ReplyDelete
Enjoy your week!
I wish there was an easier way too. I suppose since Blogger is a free service they aren't going to go in and really fix it or make it easier. It's like facebook... anytime they change something there isn't much we can do. We aren't really a customer since we don't pay. We just get what they provide.Delete
I still haven't read Allegiant, I tried to avoid spoilers, but I stil hard a lot of people weren't happy with the ending. I am just not in the mood to read it yet as I am afraid it will be disapointing. I hope you enjoy it!ReplyDelete
I am scared too!!! AYE!! Avoiding spoilers though from something people love is hard. TV shows can be the worst. If it's a highly anticipated TV show I watch it as soon as possible so I don't see something on facebook or somewhere!Delete
I love those Initial covers. Those are so pretty. I still need to read Allegiant. I think I would need to give the second book another look before I picked it up...and that's just not going to happen. Good luck on your Bout of Books challenge.ReplyDelete
I am actually reading some recaps on the first two books to help me remember. I started to read Allegiant and didn't exactly remember what happened in the first two.Delete
That vid is funny, LOL!ReplyDelete
Thanks for linking up! I wish you an awesome week :D
The video is funny... I always watch Flula!!! You'll have to check out his other videos.Delete
Great links - thanks for sharing! That video was funny too! Have a great week :-)ReplyDelete
I have never heard of Flula, lol! he is very funny. Thanks for sharing. Now I KNOW what beer pong is. I always read it in NA books or YA books and didn't actually understand what was going on. Ugh! Now I do, lol!! Sounds a little gross :DReplyDelete
I love Flula... and how he understands English is hilarious. I am glad that know you know what beer pong is. If you ever play it keep cleaning the balls you use!! :)Delete
